We provide support and talking therapy for people experiencing sexual problems. You need an appointment for this.

These can having little interest in sex, trouble with arousal, or difficulty reaching orgasm. Men may have erection problems, and women may have pain during sex.

We know these issues can feel worrying or hard to talk about. You are not alone, and we are here to help you feel safe and supported.

If you are in a relationship, we may invite your partner to come to some sessions. This can help you work on the issue together. But you are always welcome to see us on your own.

Most people need a referral from a health worker, such as a GP. This is because you may need simple tests first to check if a medical problem is causing your symptoms.

If you would like more information, please contact us. We are happy to talk with you and support you.

What to expect from therapy

When we get a referral for you, we will offer an initial assessment with a counsellor. This may be on the phone or face to face.

In this first meeting, we will ask a few gentle questions about what you have been experiencing and how it affects you. This helps us understand what support you need.

If ongoing therapy is right for you, we will offer regular appointments. These sessions give you a safe space to talk and explore helpful ways forward.

We are here to listen, support you, and help you at your own pace.
