A pregnancy can sometimes come as a surprise. You may feel unsure about what to do next. This is okay. You are not alone. We are here to help you understand your choices.

Our team will listen and support you. They can talk through the options and help you think about what feels right for you.

If you choose to continue with your pregnancy, our team can help you with your next steps, including how to see a midwife.

If you choose not to continue with your pregnancy we can support you. However, you can also access kind, private and professional care from the following services without seeing us or a GP first.
